We are only accepting cash pay or self-pay patients for now. ‘No insurance’ is accepted at this time but we hope to do so soon. If you have insurance and would like to go with us, we can provide a form to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
Our cost ranges between $140 to $250 depending on location. Full payments for service will be collected before any appointment will commence, except prior arrangements have been made. We advise that the patients make sure that they have a valid form of payment. We do not accept checks.
